- You can obtain a temporary residency visa for one year, which can be renewed for up to three more years.
- There are also options for a permanent residency visa after three years of temporary residency.

Those who obtain the migratory category of “Non-resident, subcategory of Stay, Worker or Remote Service Provider” will enjoy certain benefits, such as:
• Exemption from profits tax.
• Exemption from the payment of all taxes of the importation of basic personal equipment necessary to comply with their work of the rendering of their services.
The basic personal equipment required includes a personal computer, cell phone, electronic Tablet, camera, a recording device, sound reproduction and its accessories. And if the digital nomad has other equipment, it can be requested through the “Exonet” page.
